Meat & Seafood

The majority of our meat comes from local and regional farms dedicated to cruelty-free and environmentally sustainable practices. Local suppliers include Home Place Pastures in Como, Mississippi, Falkner Farms in Taylor, and Brown Family Dairy in Yocona. We also source quality meat farther afield from Beeler’s Pure Pork in Iowa, Springer Mountain Farms in Georgia, and Painted Hills Natural Beef in Oregon.

For seafood, we try to source regional Gulf seafood whenever possible. Our farmed fish and shellfish come from suppliers that use sustainable aquaculture practices. In the summer, we source plenty of wild Alaskan salmon.

We’re happy to special order particular cuts of meat and varieties of seafood. Just ask at the counter!
