The Chicory Kitchen is designed to introduce new health-conscious ways to eat local and carry on culinary traditions while reducing food waste and supporting area farms. Every day, we make sandwiches, salads, entrees, and baked goods, using as many local ingredients as we can source. In addition to regional staples like gumbo and chicken salad, we offer daily vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

The kitchen also serves as an incubator for new local food concepts. We offer affordable kitchen rentals, storage, and sourcing for other food businesses and nonprofits. These partnerships often inspire pop-ups and collaborations that enrich the Oxford food scene.
