Pie Making with Shannon O’Donnell

Ever wonder how to make flawless, all-butter pie crust like the pros?  Join us Saturday, July 27th for our first ever pie-making class with Chicory baker Shannon O’Donnell.  Trained in pastry techniques at Le Cordon Bleu, Shannon has been baking professionally for 15 years.  For the past year, we’ve been fortunate to have her–and her delicious cookies, biscuits, and now famous Strawberry Rhubarb Pie–in the Chicory family

In this class, Shannon will be revealing the secrets of the classic French fraisage method.  You’ll enjoy her warm personality, get to sample some of her latest recipes, and go home with a whole pie of your own made from the freshest fruits of summer.
